Christmas time movies list

 Hi, humans!
We all have our own lists of movies we usually watch this time of a year. They can remind us our childhood, they can give us the right mood, they can cheer us up. Here's my list of such movies. And I know that some of them are not christmasy at all but they mean a lot for me and I always watch them during my winter break, so they are christmasy for me :)
1. The miracle on 34th Street.
I'm in love with old american movies, like "Now and then", "Beetlejuice" or "Batteries are not included"(the most adorable movie ever), and last year I watched this "Miracle" and fell in love with it. The funny fact, I knew about this movie from Harry Styles' interview... Anyway, it's one of the most christmasy movie I've ever seen in my life! So kind, so adorable, so magical..If you have a lack of christmas mood, watch this one!

2. How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
It's just classic. I hadn't seen it for years and rewatched it last year and remembered why everybody loved it. Funny, christmasy, nice. All you ever need in christmas movie :)

3. The Nightmare Before Christmas.
I'm a huge fan of Tim Burton's animations. And this is one of my favourite. I know that actually a lot of people love this one and I'm among them. I always watch it during winter, sometimes even couple times. For the fist time I watched it only 2 years ago, for some reasons I ignored it and some my friend hated me for that :) And I actually watched it after I stopped communication with those people... Weird... Anyway, I love it :)

4. Corpse Bride.
One of those movies which are not christmasy at all but I love watch them during this time of a year. Also it's my favourite Tim Burton's movie. I don't know, there's something magical in this movie... The fact that Victor and Victoria managed to fall in love in such a grey town makes this movie so adorable... Although I'm that person who doesn't believe in love at all, but still watching such cute things makes me think that it's not that bad in our world :) And I have no idea why this movie is so christmasy for me...

5. Love Actually.
One more movie I knew from Harry Styles' interview... It's so romantic what is not typical for me. But still I like it and try to watch it every year just to let some warm feelings in my heart. Although this year I'm not sure if I'm gonna watch it...  But I hope for the best next year :) Still I recommend to watch it if you haven't already.

6. Rise of the Guardians.
Since I saw it in the cinema I knew it was going to be my favourite! And it is. Still rewatch it every winter(it's the third winter after it went out, as I remember...). And I always watch it couple times because it's amazing! Especially Santa helpers, yetis and that little red caps who are super adorable :) And Easter Bunny, love him! And that moment when Jack called him a kangaroo? So hilarious! Love this movie a lot!

7. Treasure Planet.
Not christmasy at all but I can't ignore my favourite Disney movie ever. It took me quite some time to figure out only one favourite Disney animation, I'm a huge fan of Disney, but I've found it. And even though I'm not a fan of space related movies, I love this one. And I actually watch it every time I feel low or when I have a break. Winter, spring, summer or autumn, it doen't matter, I watch it all year around :)

8. Frozen.
We can't ignore this movie. Everybody loves it and I love it too. So wintery, nice, cute, adorable and etc., etc., etc. Can we take a moment and emphasize how adorable Olaf is? I fell in love with him from the first trailer I saw before seeing movie. So adorable!

9. Anastasia.
One more not-Christmasmas related movie but still one of my all time favourite animations ever. I don't actually know what else to say, you need just to watch it :) Maybe I love it that much because it's partly about my country.. Anyway, lots of love :)

10. Harry Potter.
How the fan of Harry Potter can not to mention it? Long winter break allows me to watch all 8 movies. And I'm planning to reread all books this winter. It's timeless. I will make my future children watch and read it, but when they're old enough.. Well, maybe first 3 books/movies will be ok for 8-10 years old, but the rest... Pretty dark, isn't it? I read an article where Rowling said she planned to write it even darker as it turned out to be.. That would be the worst dissapointment in my life.. But still I love it soooooo much. I even wrote a fanfiction... Didn't finish it though... Anyway, it's something that is always in my list to watch during winter times.

That's all from me today! Hope you enjoyed my list. Write in the comments your favourite Christmas movies!
Have a nice day :)
Ciao!
