Current Favourites Autumn 2014

Hi, humans!
We all have problems with money to spend on new product to try something unusual. I'm in such situation so I haven't tried much recently so I couldn't do monthly favs but still I have some things I'd like to share and talk about :)

Ok, I'm gonna start with the sweater. It's getting pretty cold in Russia(altough today it's quite warm for november) so I need moooooore sweaters but it's pretty difficult to find a good one for reasonable price. But I thought that one from Pull&Bear was pretty nice. It's warm and cosy, I like the colour even though I'm not a fan of pink colour but it makes me look fresher I guess. Anyway the fact that it's warm is the mein why I bought it. And the price was quite nice :)

Then, the book. Actuallt it's my all time favourite book, Jack London "Martin Eden". One of my best friends recommended it to me like 3 years ago and since then I always recommend it everybody because it is incredible! The plot, the ideas, the language, oh Gosh, it's all perfect! This season I decided to reread it but the way much slowlier just to enjoy every single word and I felt the best literary satisfaction. If you haven't read it yet, do it right now! :)

Talking about beauty stuff, I have Organic Shop Organic Rasberry & Sugar Body Polish. I wrote about it in my previous post, it's the second pot of the product and I'm soooooo in love with it. The result is amazing, the skin feels so soft, the scent is incredible and it's so sad they don't have any kind of cream with the same scent so I can feel it longer. I'm gonna repurchase it over and over again until they out of stock :)

The brush it's a Real Techniques Buffing Brush from Sam's Pick Set. I remember I wrote in this post that I didn't like this brush at all but things changed and now I love it. I use it every time I apply my concealer and I think it much better then the Pointed Foundation Brush from the same set that I used to use in the beginning. It blends the concealer much faster and better and it helps to get as much coverage from the product as possible and it's great, isn't it?

Next I have the Revlon Colorbust Matte Balm in shade Elusive. I love matte lip products and the previous favourite prosuct was also from Revlon. I remember saw it on Zoella in one of her videos where she wore the same matte balm but in a different shade and it looked so good and I thought I needed one. And recently I've finally found these balms in Russia. I got this shade because for some reason I like wearing pink colours during autumn/winter time, don't know why. And since I bought this I wear it every single day :)

The next is Garnier BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfecter for combination to oily skin in Light. I wrote a post where I was talking that I couldn't find a nice BB cream for my skin. And finnally I've found one. The shade is good for my skin tone, it's an extra coverage which is compulsory for living in big city. The only minus is that it takes quite some time to blend it nicely into skin but after couple applying it's getting totally fine :)

The next product I was the most excited waiting to be delivered. It's Zoella Beauty Creamy Madly Dreamy Body Lotion. I love it sooooooo much! It's incredible. Although the scent is a little bit too strong for me, the feeling after applying it is so nice. It really moistrizes very well, the skin is so soft. I've already used like a half of a bottle(it was delivered like a week or two ago). I guess next time I'm gonna order more than one :)

The palette is a Sleek Face Form Face Contouring and Blush Palette in shade 373 Light. As you can see the blush has a lot of shimmer and glitters and I'm not a fan of such things but after using it I changed my mind. Cheeks look so gorgeous with such nice gold shimmer, I fell in love with it and use it everyday now. I went to the shop to campare it with the famous NARS blush in shade Orgasm and I can say they are pretty similiar but this one is much cheaper :) The highlighter is great too. It's my first highlighter ever and I'm already in love with using it. As far as I can see by photos the whole palette looks like the Urban Decay Flushed palette, only bronzer is a little bit darker. I'm still not good at applying bronzer so I skip this step and can't say much about it. It's matte, which is good, but with some yellow undertones I guess, which is not that good. But still I think it's a great palette especially for that price. You can order it here if you want to, they ship worldwhile. If they ship to Russia, they ship almost everywhere :)

The last thing is the Essie Nail Polish in shade Merino Cool. I think it's a great autumn nail polish colour. Also it Essie, the quality is great as always, it doesn't take much time to dry completely what is always a great thing. I don't have much to say, love the shade, love the brand :)

That's all I love in this moment. Hope you're having great time!
Tell me what you love right now, I'd like to know :)
Ciao!

Autumn Emties 2014

Hi, humans!
Ok, I disappered again for a whole month. As usual :)
Anyway, I'm back with another empties post. As you can see I have quite a lot. Let's go through it!

Body/face care:
1. Garnier 2-in-1 Make-up Remover. It's one of those two-layered removers that you need to shake before using. I actually like this concept but I absolutly dislike this particular one. It took forever to remove my eye make up and using it I had to use an eye cream for the first time because my skin was very dry after this. Very disappointed.
2. Eveline 3-in-1 Mecelar water. No, I'm not a fan of multi-tasking thing, this one my mum bought me. I hadn't tried any products from this brand and I don't think I would. Neither work as make-up remover nor tonic. Didn't like it all.
3. Garnier Clear Skin 3-in-1. This think should work as a gel, scrub and mask. I liked it as a gel and scrub but when I tried it as a mask, my skin started to burn! I don't know if it was supposed to act like this but I didn't use it as mask ever again :) But as a scrub it's worked pretty well. I haven't had much problems with my skin recently bt still I felt that my skin felt more refreshed plus I used it at night so it washed off the rest of my make up which is always good :)
4. Nivea Daily Moistrizer. As i remember it's my second pack of this particular cream and I love it. I believe that it's quite natural so it's a huge plus. Also it works very nicely on skin. It absorbs very fast so it's ok to apply before make up. And my skin feels so good after it. Always loved Nivea products and this one is not an exception.
5. Organic Shop Rasberry & Sugar Body Polish. This thing is heaven for your skin! Oh my God, I love it so much and already repurchased it. My skin have never felt so soft before. And the smell.... Oh Gosh, it's sooooooo good. During the summer I used it almost every day because I'm so in love with the smel and soft feeling after it. It's definitely my all time favourite body product!
6. Organic Shop Bath Foam Caribbean Fruit Cocktail. I'm not a bath person but this summer I had some time all alone at home and wanted to relax a little bit and made myself a bath. And I realised that I actually need to take baths from time to time to clear up my mind. And I started trying different products. And I tried this one for some reasons: 1). it's organic(I'm crazy about organic products), 2). it smells really good, 3). it's a foam, what can be good? Anyway I loved it even though it takes quite some time to use it.
7. Wild Siberica Foot Cream. I'm still trying new organic brands that I can find in our stores. This is a new one I've tried and I'm not impressed. To really moistrize foot you need rather a lot of this product so it ran out very fast.
8. Wild Siberica Hand Cream. The same problem as with the foot cream: you need to apply a lot to feel any difference. Don't think I'll buy it ever again.
9. Planeta Organica Organic Oblepikha Hand Cream. It's actually my favourite organic brand I've tried. It's really moistrizing, smells good and it's really cheap. Only pluses :)
10. Planeta Organica Organic Shea Foot Cream. It's my favourite foot crean I've ever tried. Soooo moistrizing, smells sooooo good... Just the best :)
11. Nivea Invisible Antiperspirant 48 hours. I bought and used up 2 packs of this and with the second one I realised that I didn't like it that much as I thought. The first one worked pretty well even though it's not invisible which is very disappointed because I like to wear my "lucky" dress and it's dark blue so I always have those terrible white spots from deodorant and it's so annoying. I'm still looking for a good one. Any suggestions?:)

Hair care:
1. Yves Rocher Volumizing Shampoo with Mallow. I didn't like it at all. I didn't see any volume. Well, maybe it didn't work for my hair because I have dry hair? Who knows. Anyway I didn't like it.
2. Schwarzkopf Gliss Kur Oil Elixir. I've already written about this product over here. If you want, check it there :)
3. Yves Rocher Reparing Conditioner. I totally forgot that I wrote about it in my summer empties post. So read it there :)

Make up:
1. Rimmel Stay Matte Powder. Everybody talk about it all over the internet and I tried it and I love it. I've already bought the second one :) I have the shade 005 Silky Beige, if you're wondering. Great powder that really makes your skin look matte for quite long time. I have oily skin only in the T-zone so I apply powder only there so it took me a year to use up this pack, the new one may take me even longer. The only minus it's the size of a packaging. Not very handy to carry in a small make-up bag. But the rest is great :)
2. Zara Los Angeles Parfum. I love this scent! I used it all summer and I want to buy a big one because it's great, really love it and want to use all yaer around :)
3. MaXfactor Mastertouch Under-eye Concealer. Actually as you can see I haven't used it up completely but I wanted to include it in this post. You see that I don't have it that much rest and it's been only 2 weeks as I'm using it. Can you imagine how fast it goes?! One more week and it's done! Terrible product. It doesn't even have that mush coverage and you need rather a lot to cover at least under-eye dark circles. Don't buy it, I would say. And it's the shade 306 Fair.
4. L'Oreal Alliance Perfect Concealer. This cocealer I liked a lot. It has very nice coverage it lasted 3 months which is great I believe. The consistence is very creamy, gives a very nise feeling. I used the shade 3 Cream. If I have troubles with finding something better, I can always come back to this one.
5. L'Oreal Volume Millions Lashes So Couture Mascara. The lady in shop told me it's a great latest mascara by L'Oreal, one of the best. And I believed her. Don't believe those ladies anymore. Well it's not that bad but also isn't that good. But for some reasons in all shops it's said that it's one of the best you can buy by L'Oreal. So I come back to Rimmel mascaras :) Anyway, it's not the best but nort the worst but it didn't worth the money I paid for it.

Wow, that's a lot of writing. Hope you're not too lazy to read it :)

Hope, you're having a great time. And I'm going to post much more this month. I made a list with posts I want to write so it's gonna be a good month, I hope :)
Ciao!

Drugstore foundation: do I have any problems with my skin or how hard to find a good foundation.

I'm this kind of girl who won't spend a tone of money on make up. But anyway, I like make up. So today I'd like to tell you about a foundation problem. I was trying to find a good new foundation for about 3 years, I guess. The first foundation I've ever tried was Maybelline Affinitone and it was great. Then I bought another pack of the same foundation, but it wasn't good. I decided to find smth new. Here're my last attempts(which I don't know why decided to save):

1. Maxfactor Smooth Effect in shade #55 Buff Beige
2. L'Oreal Alliance Perfect in shade #R3-C3 Rose Beige
3. Rimmel Stay Matte in shade #100 Ivory
4. Garnier BB Cream in shade "Light"
5. Maybelline BB Cream in shade "Light"

1. Maxfactor's foundation is old(I bought it without checking the date), so it's dry, looks and feels terrible on my skin, although the shade is pretty good for my complection. Unfortunately, no.

2. L'oreal's foundation is the best that I have right now. I heard about it on youtube and the girl said that it's pretty close to Bobbi Brown's one, so I went straight to the shop and bought it. I don't know if it's really close to Boobi Brown's one, but it works for me very well. Definitely yes.

3. Rimmel's foundation was good for some time, but then I didn't use any foundation for a month and when I tried this one on my face it looked aweful. I don't know what's happened to my skin, but it became dry, I had even some redness after applying it. After that I haven't use any of Rimmel's products for some time, but now I like this brand. But for foundations, no.

4-5. I definitely don't understand people who love BB creams. Or I have a weird type of skin that doesn't like such things, but I don't see any difference between when I apply BB creams and when I have nothing on my face. I tried these two several times, thinking that something can change, but no. It doesn't work for me. No.

I hope it can be useful for someone. Also, I'm always open for any suggestions :)
Have a good day :)
