Hi, humans!
Happy International Women's Day! It's finally spring which is so exciting. How I want the warm weather.. I don't actually like winter because I don't like cold at all so for me it's great that I can finally wear my favourite boots, I can finally forget about my hat(even though I really like it but I got bored of it), I can switch my make-up a little bit, I can wear warm clothes less and finally it means the summer is coming! Can't wait to see the sun much more often. But for now I want to share some of my new current favourites. I'm still trying to figure out where it's better to take my photos but still I hope I have better photos now :)
The first is of course make up. I want to start with lip products.
I've never tried any lipliners before so I can't compare but still I like the one I got from Rimmel, it's Lasting Finish 1000 kises Stay on lip contouring pencil in shade 063 Black Tulip. I like dark lips right now and this one is really good for daily use, I believe, it's dark but not way too fark and it's ok to wear to the Uni. But it dries lips a little bit so I use a simle lip balm on top of it and it looks nice. Plus it really stays in place for longer then the most of lipsticks.
The other lip product I love is Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick in shade 250 Mystic Mauve. On my lips it looks almost like my natural lips but a little bit darker. I love the formula, it feels really good and lasts quite for a long time. Just great for everyday use. I wear it a lot since I got it and it matches absolutely everything. Just a great basic make up thing to have :)
Then I have two eye products. The first one is Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr in shade 40 Permanent Taupe. It's the first cream eye shadow I've ever used even though people have been talking about it for ages but I never could find a good shade for me because I don't like shimmer that much and the rest of a ranch is way too shimmery so I bought the only matte one we have in our stores. And I really like it even though in the shop it looked brown but at home on my eyelids it looks grey but I like grey eye shadows so when I want to look a little bit more dramatic I wear only this eye shadow and a little bit of blach eye pencil with mascara and the eye look is ready! And it stays for a long time :) See, I'm really into long lasting products because I'm getting busier and spend the whole day not at home and I don't like caring make up with me, only lip products, so I have no time to touch up my make up so long lasting products are the best products for me right now :)
Then, I have a new favourite mascara. I don't actually have that much really favourite mascaras because most of the time they are basicly the same but this one surprised me. I heard about it on Allison Anderson channel, she talks a lot about this particular one and I see why. It's Maybelline the Colossal Volum'Express Car Eyes Mascara. I wonder if there is a waterproof version because I would deffinitely buy one for my very watering eyes. What can I say about it? It's really great. My eyelashes haven't looked that good for a very long time. And also I haven't tried any of Maybelline mascaras for quite a while so it was a really good coming-back-to-the-brend purchase.
As you have probably noticed I'm all into Maybelline right now. They have a really nice selection in stores so if I didn't need to save up for summer I would buy a lot more for sure. So I recommend you to check it out :)
I'm not a huge fan of jewellery at the moment, I wear mostly my gold ring and a chain that my parents gave me for some of my birthdays and I add only those two as a daily basic. Right now I can't leave my house without a turtle bracelet. I feel like it gives me luck and it looks soooo adorable :) It's from Accessorise. And I've also been loving this ring from Forever 21. It's not the best quality but still looks nice although sometimes I think it looks a little bit too big for my small fingers but I don't care that much, I still like it a lot :)
I also try to read more because I want to feed my imagination a little bit more and books have always been my main source of inspiration. So I bought couple books in english(as a way to improve my english level) and one of them is "The Night Circus" by Erin Morgenstern. I heard about it on Tanya Burr channel, when it comes to books she always talks about this one so I decided to read it. And it's really good. I'm so into it right now. I haven't finished it yet but I have like 70 pages left. I'm planning to write the whole post about it as soon as I finish but I'm already loving it a lot. The story itself is so magical, so mystery, just like I love. Although I prefer classic literature this book is one of my favourite non-classic ones.
During the last two months I've listening to only two albums non-stop: Fall Out Boy - American Beauty/American Psycho and Justin Timberlake The 20/20 Experience. Here are some of my favourite tracks from both albums :)
Thta's all from me for now!
Hope you're having a great day :)
Ciao!
